About the Role
The Regional Vice President (RVP), Sales, is responsible for leading a team of front line sellers and growing the business through new customer acquisition and expansion of current customers by uncovering and closing new business opportunities. A successful RVP, will interact and facilitate meetings with a diverse group of executives and decision-makers, demonstrating the ability to close multi-year deals while meeting assigned quotas. Reporting to the President of Field Operations, the RVP must demonstrate skills in consultative selling, strategic thinking, persistence, creativity, financial modeling, and leadership.
How you'll spend your time:
- Responsible for the sales life cycle from lead generation to close for new customers as well as expansion within existing accountsÂ
- Partner with leadership to coordinate efforts in helping address the executive audience of targeted prospects and customers.
- Demonstrates a strategic prospecting approach to engage with new accounts.
- Establishes lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Becomes an additional spokesperson for the business at conferences and other events.
- Leverages industry experience to gain access to new accounts.
- Creates sales materials including customized demonstrations, presentations, compelling value propositions, proposals, and custom business cases
- Manages team sales pipeline accurately forecasts pipeline for leadership.
We get excited about you if you have:
- You will ideally have 8+ years of SaaS leadership experience with a combined experience of managing partner (reseller, referral) relationships and direct sales experienceÂ
- Experience with navigating complex sales cycles and a consistent track record of quota achievement and success in the field of SaaS sales is required.
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts ($100,000+ ARR)Â
- Background in Enterprise Risk Management / GRC, Cyber Security / InfoSec, ITSM, No-Code PlatformsÂ
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members are required.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM and sales engagement technologies preferred.
- Experience working within a high growth and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be dynamic preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Solution Provider, Channel Partners and Leading Direct Sales

The anticipated base salary range is $150,000-$200,000Â per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
