Registered Nurse (RN) - English/Chinese bi-lingual prefer

Silicon Valley Adult Day Health Care Center, SV ADHC, a fast growing Community Based Adult Service (CBAS) facility, has full/part time (English/Chinese bilingual a plus) Registered Nurse opening. Responsibilities:- Serve as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team to assess the nursing needs of the participant.- Be on duty during hours of operation to be the primary point of observation and monitoring of each participant's health status to assist participants in maintaining optimum health.- Provide supportive and restorative nursing as indicated in the treatment plan. Experience with assessment and taking patients' vital signs, writing care plan and daily progress notes, and creating flow sheets.
