Our team provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for the Austin Community! Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, motivatedRegistered Nurses (RNs)—includingnewly licensed nurses—to join our clinical care team. This position offers a unique opportunity tostep away from the fast-paced bedside environmentand engage in meaningful, consistent patient relationships in a structured residential setting. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing care, safety, and psychiatric support of residents. Key Responsibilities • Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response and side effects • Conduct nursing assessments and support individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with medical, clinical, and residential teams to coordinate care • Respond to both medical and psychiatric concerns with professionalism and empathy • Maintain clear, timely documentation in line with facility standards • Support residents’ emotional and behavioral growth Qualifications • ActiveRN/LPN licensein the state of Texas • CurrentBLS/CPR certification • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills • Strong team orientation and willingness to learn Preferred Experience • Experience inpsychiatric nursingorbehavioral health • Background inaddiction medicineanddual-diagnosis treatment • Prior work in aresidential or group living environment • Experience withadolescents and/or young adults Note: New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply!
