Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, including patient assessment and IV insertion. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage critical care situations effectively. • Perform catheterization and airway management as needed, while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient interactions. • Engage in health coaching and support for patients and families during their care journey.
