Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (Accuris)

About us: Accuris, a company long-known for accelerating innovation in engineering workflows and supporting the vibrancy of the engineering community, launched in May 2023 as a standalone company. Accuris was formerly known as S&P Global's Engineering Solutions division. The Company is valued for its standards content and workflow solutions like Engineering Workbench, Goldfire, Haystack and Parts Management Solutions.

The Impact:The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads for the existing sales team with extended duties including prospecting, qualifying new sales leads, in addition to hunting whitespace for new logos. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

The Team: The Sales Development Representative will report to the Parts Director of Sales/Business Development.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone that has experience working with Electronic Components (Highly preferred)
  • Someone that maintains a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 1-5 years experience in business development

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior salespeople on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Collaborate with sales teams by creating innovative lead generation ideas
  • Become familiar with Accuris Parts product portfolio
  • Assist senior salespeople by responding to client support requests
  • Utilize Salesforce to track all client interactions
  • Providing clients, both internal and external, with timely assistance as required to help build and cultivate prospect
  • relationships in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs in partnership with Marketing function.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US

• Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional Accuris benefits.
