What You Will Do:

• Develop Section 508 compliant accessible online help, user guides and training materials using Adobe RoboHelp and Microsoft Office products.
• Review technical enhancements and bug fixes from developer repositories (e.g. GitHub, TeamForge) to create monthly user-facing release notes, online help, user guides, etc.
• Work as a member of an integrated Agile development team.
• Communicate with team members and customers daily electronically as well as orally.
• Develop and maintain documents in various forms, i.e. MS Office, web pages, PDF.

What You Will Need:

• BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 5 years of experience creating and maintaining software documentation.
• Knowledge of style guides and the willingness to follow project standards and guidelines.
• Thorough understanding of HTML and file management practices
• Experience creating Section 508 compliant documentation
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Experience with MS Office
• EAD or Green Card or U.S. Citizen

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience creating online help projects using Adobe RoboHelp.
• Experience using video or tutorial creation software (e.g., Camtasia or Captivate).
• Section 508 trusted tester certification

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$112,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
