The Senior Automation Developer is responsible for architecting and leading the development and delivery of automation for manual processes to solve business challenges, ensuring and measuring their quality and success. The Senior Automation Developer is responsible for evaluating and modifying existing RPA bots as necessary ensuring sure completeness and accuracy of testing for those solutions and their documentation. This position will partner with cross-disciplinary teams within the Trauma & Extremities division to build and deploy bots of high technical complexity that deliver critical business value.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the RPA architect by designing, developing, automation deploying end-to-end automations using UiPath robotic process automation (RPA) software, in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide full operational support for all RPA bots in the Trauma & Extremities division, including performance monitoring, incident response and recovery, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader for RPA projects within the division.
• Provide training, support, technical direction, and code review for junior automation developers.
• Responsible for developing and advancing the RPA Roadmap for the division.
• Develop and maintain a robust relationship with the RPA Center of Excellence and IT partners.
• Act as RPA advocate throughout the organization to raise awareness of and build support for the RPA program.
• Explore and propose the use of new technology to enhance and evolve our RPA opportunities increased automation opportunity and business value.

What You Need

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field required
• 6+ year's relevant work experience
• UiPath development experience Strong work experience in any of the following technologies: HTML, Java, Perl, JavaScript, SQL, Web Services/APIs, .NET, XML, VBA
• Expert-level knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Expert-level knowledge of Lean/Agile development methodologies
• Track record of collaboration across many different teams and departments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Must be methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be motivated and a self-starter

Nice to Haves:

• UiPath Certification is a plus
• 3+ years of RPA Development experience

$95,100 - $204,000salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
