Summary/Objective:

The Renewal Specialist (RS) is a member of the global renewal team reporting directly to the Regional Renewals Manager. The RS works to secure and expand the renewals business of the BeyondTrust customer base. The RS is responsible for managing a high volume of customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment as well as tracking towards listed renewal KPIs. This individual is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to partake in opportunities to expand his/her knowledge base of renewals and customer success.

The RS is working to develop skill mastery in the following categories:
