Amplify's Research & Measurement team is looking for a dedicated Research Associate to provide support for our suite of assessments. The Research Associate will work as a member of research and product teams on a variety of projects involving literacy and mathematics assessment and instruction. This person will help plan, coordinate, and implement field testing and research studies; gather and synthesize information to inform theoretical guidance for product development; and draft technical documentation to disseminate results of field research studies. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and to the quality of work products, manages projects independently, adapts well to a fast-paced environment, and is able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities of the Research Associate:
- Conduct reviews of relevant literature that supports the foundation of current and future products.
- Manage research timelines and budgets.
- Produce reports, position papers, and manuscripts for internal research purposes, external client review, and publication in peer-reviewed or refereed venues.
Basic Qualifications of the Research Associate:
- Full professional proficiency (Federal ILR Level 4) verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 2+ years of applied research experience and experience conducting research studies.
- Master's degree in education, educational psychology, mathematics, or other relevant field.
- 1+ years work experience in a school.
- Demonstrated understanding of mathematics development in grades K-6.
