Position Summary: The Restaurant Service Manager will manage a region of around 120 restaurants as the link between Martin Brower, the restaurant management team, Franchisees and McDonalds Supply Chain. Therefore the ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer services or account management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The role requires a full driving licence where you will receive a company vehicle as part of your package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a designated group of restaurants and their hierarchy to develop trust and surety in Martin Brower (MB) ensuring that restaurants receive the required levels of service KPI's - Delivery, In Full and RSP metric improvement.
  • Support the Head of Service, Service Operations Manager and Customer Services team in ensuring any restaurant issues are resolved comprehensively and promptly.
  • Manage and respond to the business needs for TARDIS development and proactivity to support the McDonald's restaurant growth and menu changes.
  • Manage increased restaurant capacity by providing restaurant based support to define complex capacity solutions.
  • Respond to restaurant changes proactively with analytical functionality.
  • Support the implementation of restaurant facing change initiatives e.g. delivery cycle changes, new process initiatives.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to drive efficiencies for both restaurants and Martin Brower.
