Team: Account Executive
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Retail Account Manager based in the United States.
This role sits at the center of strategic retail growth and field execution within the professional skincare and aesthetics space. You will be responsible for managing high-value partner accounts, ensuring strong product adoption, and driving measurable retail sell-through across multi-location clinics and national partners. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will combine data-driven account strategy with hands-on relationship management in the field. The role blends commercial ownership with education-led selling, supporting partners in optimizing both service and retail performance. You will collaborate closely with internal education, marketing, and sales teams to execute launches, trainings, and promotional initiatives. This is a highly dynamic position requiring strong travel commitment, deep client engagement, and a passion for skincare and results-driven growth.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage strategic and national partner accounts, developing tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
- Identify opportunities for SKU expansion, increased order value, and improved sell-through performance across assigned accounts.
- Analyze sales data, account performance, and market trends to define actionable growth strategies.
- Drive retail conversion through in-field education, merchandising support, and structured promotional execution.
- Deliver trainings, QBRs, and on-site or virtual partner engagements to strengthen adoption and performance.
- Support new account openings with strong onboarding, launch execution, and initial order optimization.
- Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to inform strategy and innovation.
- Ensure alignment across sales, education, operations, and marketing to guarantee consistent partner experience and execution excellence.
- 5–8+ years of experience in account management, field sales, or B2B sales within skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or professional retail environments.
- Active esthetician or cosmetology license required.
- Strong track record of driving retail performance, sell-through, and multi-location account growth.
- Experience in education-led selling environments such as clinics, facial bars, or professional skincare brands.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a consultative, partner-first mindset.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Competitive base salary of $95,000–$100,000 plus performance-based bonus.
