The Role:
This individual will be working closely with our Revenue Accounting Manager and revenue team to support daily operations of accounts receivable and revenue transactions. This role will require initiative to help create process-improvements around the revenue process for a fast-growing company. The primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely bi-monthly invoicing of our fulfillment business. The role will work closely with account managers and the assistant controller. The idea candidate is someone who pays attention to detail and is continously looking for ways to improve the process.
What You'll Do:

• Track and apply payments received by customers
• Invoice customers, issuing credit memos, and coding to the correct IS/BS accounts
• Reconcile between bank and customer accounts daily
• Update revenue tracking sheets as needed
• Work directly with customers, monitoring and managing their accounts
• Interact closely with marketing/sales personnel to keep client accounts up to date
• Participate in month-end close process and assist with compiling reports as requested
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist with annual audit, including pulling documentation and support for financial statements
• Perform additional duties as required by management

Who You Are:

• You possess advanced Excel skills with an understanding of complex Excel sheets/formulas
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You thrive in fast-paced environments
• You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion
• You consider yourself a flexible team player and comfortable working with remote teams
• You are able to work both independently and collaboratively
• You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

What You've Done:

• You have 1-3 years' of experience in Accounting function

Nice to Haves:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• You have experience in Microsoft Dynamics and invoicing
