We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Revenue Accounting Manager to join our team and make a big impact.Â
As a Revenue Accounting Manager, you will own our quote-to-cash process and work closely with the Controller and team to help shape and optimize our revenue function, you will be responsible for the month-end close process, take part in several key critical accounting projects including ERP implementation and manage our Accounts Receivable team
What you’ll do:- Manage quote-to-cash process with an emphasis on revenue recognition
- Own month-end close revenue process , ensuring accurate and complete revenue recognition
- Manage our Accounts Receivable team and ensure billing and collection are done timely and efficiently
- Drive processes improvements and automation efforts to build best-in-class revenue accounting processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, Deals Desk, and Legal to provide technical revenue accounting guidance and ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner without discrepancies
- Prepare technical revenue memos and updates to the Company's revenue recognition policy as needed
- Participate in developing and maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring quality controls over revenue transactions and reporting
- Support ERP implementation, perform ad hoc reporting and analysis, and assist with additional ad-hoc projects as needed
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, at least 2 years in revenue accounting role within a tech companyÂ
- CPA-certified (or on track to be certified)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience with a subscription-based/SaaS revenue model
- Advanced knowledge and skill with Excel and the ability to automate tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail
- A combination of private and public company experience is highly desired

The starting salary for this role is between $95,000-120,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
