This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Manager based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of data, pricing strategy, and hospitality performance optimization, where you will directly influence revenue growth and portfolio profitability across a large-scale short-term rental operation. You will be responsible for shaping and executing dynamic pricing strategies that respond to market demand, seasonality, and competitor activity. Working in a highly analytical and fast-paced remote environment, you will leverage data insights to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across multiple distribution channels. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and listing optimization to ensure cohesive commercial performance. You will play a key role in identifying revenue opportunities, improving underperforming listings, and supporting new property launches. This is a strategic, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven, hospitality-tech environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will drive revenue optimization and pricing strategy across a multi-property portfolio:

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and overall portfolio performance
  • Manage daily pricing and revenue adjustments using tools such as PriceLabs or similar revenue management platforms
  • Monitor key hospitality KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, lead times, and conversion metrics
  • Analyze market trends, seasonality, local events, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities
  • Optimize pricing levers such as minimum stay rules, discounts, length-of-stay restrictions, and last-minute pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with listing optimization teams to improve visibility, conversion rates, and OTA performance across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and VRBO
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Identify underperforming listings and design corrective revenue strategies
  • Support the launch of new properties with data-driven pricing and positioning strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and property management teams to align revenue goals
  • Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you bring strong analytical capability, hospitality revenue expertise, and experience managing multi-channel pricing strategies:

    • 3–5 years of experience in revenue management within hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or short-term rentals
    • Hands-on experience with PriceLabs or similar revenue management tools
    • Strong understanding of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and VRBO
    • Proven ability to manage pricing strategies across multiple properties or markets
    • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Solid understanding of hospitality KPIs, forecasting, and demand analysis
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
    • Bonus: experience with PMS systems, channel managers, or multi-city portfolio management
