Revenue Operations Analyst

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at 6RS, you will build out analytics and operational capabilities in support of the global go-to-market organization. 6RS offers a fast-paced environment, learning from industry leaders, and the ability to have an influential impact. The preferred candidate has experience supporting Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Success functions, is comfortable managing large data sets, attention to detail, has the ability to build financial models, and possess strong communication skills. You have a blend of big-picture thinking and excellent analytical skill.

What you get to do in this role:

• Work directly with business leaders on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary contact for all sales analytics related queries in Salesforce, Excel, and a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Support various revenue operations initiatives including annual planning, quota setting, compensation planning/payout, performance reporting, etc.
• Conduct analysis and deliver collateral for business review cadences including weekly sales forecasts, quarterly business reviews and other leadership meetings
• Support the design, implementation, and testing of GTM planning and reporting tools
• Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of the 6RS organization
  

To be successful in this role you have

• 3+ years of experience working for an Enterprise SaaS company in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations or related functions
• Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, GSuite, and PowerPoint skills
• Comfort with quantitative analysis and ability to deliver data driven recommendations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization and collaborate cross-functionally
