Flexe seeks a results-oriented revenue operations analyst to support the commercial organization’s reporting and data integrity needs. In this role, you will own the health and accuracy of the Salesforce database by standardizing reporting, managing key data fields and ongoing reporting reviews with key stakeholders. You will build strong partnerships across the commercial, marketing and finance functions to ensure that each team has access to the tools and data they need to be successful. In addition to analytics and data hygiene, you will be responsible for the administration of Salesforce users and permissioning.
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce reporting experience, has successfully managed pipeline review processes and is passionate about supporting revenue organizations.
What you'll do:
- Manage weekly pipeline health reporting for all commercial teams, collaborating with managers and individuals to ensure processes drive pipeline accuracy.
- Maintain Salesforce database of customer accounts, attributes and key data points to inform forecasting, territory planning and account assignment.
- Own Salesforce reporting and dashboards: gather requirements from teams, build new reports and dashboards and train teams.
- Work with Commercial & Marketing leadership and individuals to consistently increase accuracy of account, contact and opportunity data.
- Administer Salesforce user licenses with consistent, standardized roles and controls.
- Create ad hoc analytics for the Commercial and Marketing teams.
Does this sounds like you?
- 5+ years experience in a sales/revenue operations role.
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Self-directed with experience owning end-to-end processes.
- Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage internal conflict and redirect to a positive outcome.
- Able to build relationships and communicate across teams: commercial, finance, legal, marketing, operations and product.
The salary range for this role is $108,000 to $126,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary based on individual performance.
