What you'll do:

• Maintain data quality for our revenue operations applications (mostly SFDC).
• Importing lists.
• Managing duplicates within single tables.
• Ensuring workflows are working properly.
• Stewardship over data management, governance, and data integrity.
• Create reports and dashboards in Tableau to support GTM, finance, and product development.
• Work as the bridge between Finance and GTM.
• Review every closed won opportunity to ensure data integrity.
• Review contracts and make sure workflow steps are completed correctly.
• Work with ServiceTitan's Strategy Analytics team to build out and clean accounts, contacts, and leads within SFDC. Build out TAM and lead scoring systems.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau.
• Strong skills around Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard building.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouses, SQL and/or Reverse ETL tools (such as Census).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals is a plus.
