Job Description

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the revenue team. You will leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Salesforce, and marketing data to proactively provide actionable insights that enhance sales performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and support the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiencies.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze revenue-related data and generate insightful reports for sales, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Salesforce Management: Work within Salesforce to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system optimizations. Analyze sales pipeline and forecasting metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Marketing Data Integration: Combine marketing data with sales data to provide a full view of the customer journey, conversion metrics, and lead performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify key performance metrics, improve processes, and drive alignment across departments.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Planning: Support the creation of accurate revenue forecasts by analyzing historical data and trends.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements within the revenue operations workflow, from lead generation to closing.
  • Tool and System Management: Ensure that BI tools, CRM (Salesforce), and other systems are leveraged effectively to provide real-time visibility and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: experience in a data analysis or revenue operations role, preferably within a startup in SaaS, tech, or high-growth company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Salesforce, and Excel; experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends, uncovering insights, and solving complex business problems.
  • Data Integrity & Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain clean, accurate, and reliable data across various systems.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
