About the position:  

As Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key part in growing our business by analyzing key metrics within our existing processes to ensure operational efficiencies.  

Reporting to the Manager BDR Operations, this role requires high operational execution, process innovation, and a strong understand of data analysis. You will be responsible for conducting business planning processes to measure performance, keep accurate records, and help modify existing operations processes.  

You will work closely with several internal teams in driving revenue, developing, and executing on strategy, uncovering, and reporting on sales/account insights, and managing tools and processes to help sales teams drive revenue.  

What you can expect to do:  

  • Work closely with Global Leadership teams to strategize and document internal processes as well as oversee day-to-day operations within sales tools and applications. 
  • Identify areas to enhance productivity, including internal workflows, training, forecasting, reporting and implementation of sales tools and applications.
  • Support the development and execution of new business processes and KPI metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be a power user of CRM Systems/Applications, drive adoption, solution, optimize and iterate processes.
  • Maintain and manage reporting/dashboards within CRM Systems/Applications.
  • Ensure global consistency and best practices while supporting local requirements.
  • Identifies and raises any points of friction across systems and business processes.
  • Timely and accurate completion of critical tasks and projects.
  • Assist in coordination and execution of weekly alignment meetings.
  • Cross collaboration initiatives across internal teams.

What we are looking for: 

  • 3+ years of BDR Operations/Business Operations experience.
  • Experience in working with multiple cross functional departments, with an emphasis on Business Development and Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to implement industry wide best practices and oversee data management.
  • Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem as well as other sales related software and modern tools for efficiency and analysis. Admin experience preferred.
  • Ability to deal effectively and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to be versatile and flexible with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • A team player with the willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a group.

Compensation

The annual gross base salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $75,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for a commission structure in addition to a base salary.
