This role offers the opportunity to help scale revenue operations within a fast-growing technology environment by combining analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational execution. As a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional, you will work at the intersection of data, systems, and business strategy to improve go-to-market performance. Accountabilities:

The Revenue Strategy & Operations role focuses on optimizing revenue performance by building scalable systems, improving operational processes, and providing data-driven insights that support business growth.

  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end processes, automations, and operational workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across revenue teams.
  • Partner with sales, partnerships, account management, product, data, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve revenue outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing performance insights, recommendations, and operational guidance.
  • Develop and test new workflows, experiments, and operational improvements to optimize key growth drivers.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement across go-to-market functions.
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and support decision-making.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions through structured analysis and problem-solving.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful execution of revenue initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical professional with experience in revenue operations, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth technology companies or similar fast-moving environments.
    • Proven experience designing and implementing operational solutions from data analysis through execution.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and business intelligence or data visualization tools.
    • Ability to break down complex problems into structured, practical solutions.
    • Strong understanding of revenue processes, sales operations, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative.
    • Ability to work independently while continuously learning and improving processes.
