The B2B Operations team is inspirited to make the world happier and healthier by creating leverage for the larger B2B organization. We act as trusted partners to the Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and People teams, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency on all fronts. What You’ll Do: 

As a B2B Operations team member, you will directly contribute to optimizing the speed and efficiency of the B2B organization at Calm. You’ll partner closely with everyone on the Rev Ops team to streamline our processes that serve the business. To ensure adoption and actionability, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with Sales Leaders on day-to-day operations to ensure successful growth. You can work with a high degree of autonomy, seek out answers to questions, and leverage best practices and past experience to design scalable solutions. Top candidates will come from backgrounds where they have seen rapid growth and scale and are able to work under time-sensitive scenarios.

  • Develop data-focused insights into business performance based on understanding of key business drivers
  • Uncover areas of revenue opportunity via analysis of CRM data, GTM team data, and other tech stack pieces
  • Weekly/monthly reporting builds (and maintenance) in Salesforce for various team members; as well as ad hoc reporting to leadership 
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, HR/Talent on Sales Comp plans. This includes complex inputs, such as: quota setting, attainment, sales optimization, and headcount planning processes
  • Present findings and spearhead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders and executives, spearhead change initiatives
  • Effectively prioritize and manage additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities including reporting, troubleshooting, Cases in Salesforce, Asana boards, Jira boards, etc.
  • Work closely with the GTM team and all of RevOps to improve efficiency, manage projects, input tickets, and complete necessary work

Who You Are: 

  • Google sheets and/or Excel master  (complex formulas, pivots, advanced charting, modeling, external data syncing, cross-sheet syncing)
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning (dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows)
  • Salesforce reporting, data syncing, analytics
  • Ability to work in Asana, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to identify manual processes and automate them, taking a holistic approach
  • Highly analytical, solution-oriented
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate complex cross-functional situations
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of self-direction
  • Relentless attitude toward process improvement
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Early-stage experience in a fast past, high-growth company

Nice to Haves:

  • Consulting and/or investment banking background (heavy modeling is ideal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Math, Business or other relevant subject areas
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Asana for documentation and work-planning

Minimum Requirements:

  • This role typically requires 5+ years of relevant work experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,700 - $148,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
