This role sits at the core of revenue execution, where you will design and operationalize the systems, workflows, and governance that enable seamless collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. You will transform complex and evolving commercial processes into scalable, structured operations that improve deal velocity, data accuracy, and revenue predictability. Acting as the operational backbone of the revenue organization, you will ensure that every stage of the deal lifecycle is clearly defined, controlled, and optimized for efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who excels at bringing clarity to ambiguity and building systems that support high-growth, complex commercial environments. You will play a key role in shaping how revenue operations function within an innovative, ecosystem-driven business model. Accountabilities:
- Design and enforce operational guardrails for pricing, deal flow, and approval processes to ensure structured and compliant commercial execution
- Build and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) as the single source of truth for revenue workflows, including deal stages, required fields, approvals, and handoffs
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and complete deal data to support forecasting, reporting, and leadership decision-making
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to streamline end-to-end revenue processes from deal validation to billing and renewals
- Define and implement consistent process controls across the deal lifecycle to ensure operational alignment and scalability
- Ensure all commercial requirements are captured before contract drafting to enable smooth downstream execution
- Develop scalable operational workflows that improve revenue velocity, deal quality, and cross-functional efficiency
- Monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue performance
- Support commercial alignment by contributing insights into pricing structures and deal design within complex business models
- 6–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth or complex environment
- Strong experience managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) as systems of record for deal flow and pipeline management
- Proven ability to design scalable processes that improve data integrity, operational efficiency, and cross-team alignment
- Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and GTM teams in structured commercial environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools
- Solid commercial acumen with exposure to complex pricing or deal structures, ideally in fintech, payments, or infrastructure environments
- Ability to translate ambiguity into structured, repeatable operational processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with ecosystem-driven or usage-based revenue models is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise or partnership-led sales motions is highly desirable
