Due to major growth we are expanding our Risk and Retention team in the US and currently looking for a Risk and Retention Analyst to join the team. 

Risk & Retention Analyst balances the two highest level functions of R&R operations: ensuring compliance protocols are being followed by player-facing departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze the “story” of what led up to risk escalations and flags relevant managers for coaching opportunities so staff can be better equipped with deescalation techniques

• Creates investigative reports for interdepartmental and divisional needs for stakeholders for complex cases 

• Analyze missed retention opportunities to the Account Management and/or Account Executives to win back

• Works with interdepartmental channels to flag missteps easily missed due to complexity and offers insight for opportunities to optimize hand off flows .

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years work experience auditing key external and internal business accounts, or equivalent combination of education and prior work experience

• Knowledge related to payments/credit card transactions/TMX, a plus basic understanding of phishing scams, fraud, identity theft, a plus understanding of basic web functions (IP addresses, VPNs, etc)

• Experience with Google Workspace/technically proficient.

• Strong organizational, solution finding, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of an effective team.

Base compensation for this role is $82,800 and benefits include accrued PTO, 401(k) company matching, health, dental, vision coverages, 10 paid holidays and the ability to work remotely!
