RN/ Registered Nurse Clinical Leader - Part Time- $50hr

Welcome to BrightStar Care! We are a Joint Commission accredited Home Healthcare and Home Infusion agency based in Kirkland, WA and servicing all of King County, WA. We are searching for a RN/Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to oversee our clinical staff and patients to ensure compliance with State, Joint Commission, and BrightStar quality regulations. • This position requires 16 hours per week in-office administrative duties with additional home infusion/injection patients available for optional supplemental income. • Introductory compensation is $800 per week ($50/Hour) for administration only and standard pharmacy rates for billable patients ($50 - $105/hour). Compensation and responsibilities will be re-evaluated after 90-day introductory period. Our ideal candidate is an experienced RN/ Registered Nurse with administrative and home infusion experience with a flexible schedule who can work a minimum of 16 hours per week in an office setting (Kirkland, WA) with opportunity to see additional patients if desired. This can be a strictly part-time position or evolve into a full-time Nurse Director position over time if desired. Our Clinical Leader roles and responsibilities include: • Preferred Home infusion experience and ability to train infusion and injection skills to other nurses. • Manage a patient list from onboarding to discharge to ensure quality and assessment standards. • Ability to manage relationships with pharmacies and internal and external vendor partners. • Reflect our brand standards and core values to build a culture of care with our staff and surrounding communities. Qualifications: • RN/ Registered Nurse with current unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Washington. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. • Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience with direct patient care.
