RN/LVN HOME HEALTH NURSE

Must have over 2 years of experience as an RN/LVN. CATHETER, TRACH and G-TUBE preferred. Our home health agency is hiring RN's/LVN'S ! Some responsibilities are: Assess patient condition during every shift and chart your observations -Must have Tracheostomy, and G-Tube experienced -Vital Signs check per plan of care -Administer medication as prescribed by the patient physician. etc. MUST BE STATE REGISTERED NURSE LICENSED (IF RN POSITION) -Excellent communication and time management skills. -Compassionate and friendly.
