Roofer for Roofing/Painting company

Job description: Well are a South Bay based established construction company and are seeking experienced roofers to start immediately. Piece work available + gas allowance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will contribute to the safety and durability of structures while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Must haves: • CREWS CAN EARN UP TO $10,000 PER WEEK PIECE WORK • MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK and TOOLS • 10 years MINIMUM in roofing experience • Valid drivers License • Auto Insurance Responsibilities • Install roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs. • Repair and replace damaged roofing materials as needed. • Perform inspections to assess roof conditions and identify necessary repairs. • Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately execute roofing plans. • Engage in trim carpentry and frame carpentry as required during roofing projects. • Assist with masonry work related to roofing installations or repairs. • Conduct heavy lifting tasks associated with transporting materials.
