Royce Chocolates’ Sales/Stock Associate This is a part-time, 21h to 28h position. Key Responsibilities:Responsible with in-store customer service, which includes assisting customers with sampling products and offering gift suggestions to consumers, answering questions regarding brand and product information (allergens present in products, brand history, among others). Sales associates are also responsible for operating registers, maintaining our locations' cleanliness, and assisting managers with tasks such as receiving product deliveries, restocking and displays. Customer Service:Excellent customer service is crucial for this position. An enthusiastic attitude and good people skills are advantages together with honest work ethics. Qualifications:Ideal qualifications include experience in retail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility in work schedule. Must be able to lift 30pounds.
