- Hiring a Rubyist with 7+ years of experience.
- Design develop and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
- Review team Pull Requests (PRs) for accuracy stability and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members through pairing sessions to enhance skills and code quality.
- Ensure the stability and performance of existing applications providing support as needed.
- Engage in code reviews technical strategy discussions and system architecture planning to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Qualifications:
- Tech Stack: Ruby Rails AWS PostgreSQL Kafka Kubernetes UNIX/Linux XML SFTP.
