Sales / Design Consultant- Swimming Pools Sales & Design

The Country’s Largest Pool Builder is looking for A TOP LEVEL SALES ASSOCIATE! Premier Pools & Spas, the Nation's largest, privately owned and fastest-growing swimming pool builder has an amazing opportunity for a Sales Associate to sell and design swimming pools and develop a new territory! Job is paid commission. Most leads supplied by company. Job Requirements: · 3+ years’ experience in swimming pool industry, preferred · 3+ years’ successful experience in fast paced, top-level sales, required · High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s in related field a plus! · Must have valid driver’s license. · Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report. · Pool Studio experience, preferred · ProEdge Build experience a plus. Ideal Candidate Characteristics: · Self-starter · Positive Attitude · Teachable · Competitive · Motivator · Strong Work Ethic · Person of Integrity · Proficient on Basic Computer Functions · Successful Experience in Fast-Paced, Top Level Six-Figure Sales Job Compensation: · Uncapped commissions · Potential first-year earnings $52 -$150K ·First year base salary + draw on future commissions. · First-class sales incentive trips Responsibilities: Sales · Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership. · After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software. · Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments. · Using a presentation binder, conduct “design presentation” to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers. · Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases. · Build referral relationships. · Exceed customer expectations.
