What You Will Do:
The Global Sales Growth team is the first point of contact with prospective ThousandEyes customers. This team is on a mission to deliver a world-class prospect experience that will lead to our continued growth & scale. We need an inspiring, ambitious, and determined leader to join us with the core goal of supercharging our net new pipeline growth for our Americas region.Â
As ThousandEyes newest Sales Development Leader, you’ll get to build, coach, and lead a world-class team that focuses on targeting and creatively prospecting into our ideal customer profile. Using your operational rigor, emphasis on data-driven decision-making, and servant leadership, you’ll empower your team to become masters within their roles & performing to their full potential. You’ll build a culture centered around winning as a team, challenging the status quo, leveraging each other’s strengths, and executing with no excuses whilst encouraging diversity, & ensuring accountability.
This new role will set the foundation for our Global Sales Growth vision & you will have the autonomy to implement a creative inbound & outbound playbook to build a world-class prospect experience & first impression. You’ll drive success through cross-functional initiatives with our channel and marketing teams while optimizing the playbook that takes our Sales Growth Team to the next level!
Responsibilities
•Hire, coach, and manage a team of Inbound & Outbound Sales Development Reps.
•Build & iterate on a data-driven & strategic growth outbound strategy in close partnership with the broader sales teams, marketing, channel and GTM.
•Foster an environment of high performance & accountability with weekly team meetings and regular 1 on 1’s with the SDR’s.Â
•Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member with their personal growth & career progression in mind.Â
•Motivate team members through an inclusive & fun culture, built on trust, transparency, and consistency.
·    Regularly report on both team and individual results – Leveraging existing dashboards and the ability to build new reports focused on lead quantity, quality, conversion rates, qualified sales opportunities and revenue.
•Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Messaging, Enablement, Process, Efficiency, and Productivity.
·    Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Channel and Operations on key initiatives - You have a track record of successfully working closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting.
Requirements
•Location: Ability to work remotely, needs to be flexible to support a variety of time zones.Â
•3+ years in Software sales as an IC and/or Manager.
•Experience in building and scaling a team from the ground up or has worked in a fast-paced startup environment.Â
•Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor.
•Proven track record of success in an SDR Manager role.
•Experience managing, coaching and improving Sales Development KPIs
•Familiarity with Sales Engagement Platforms & Conversation Intelligence Tools.Â
•Knowledge of Cisco’s Channel & Routes to Market
