This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling SaaS environment serving the global vacation rental industry. In this fully remote role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets within Europe. You will engage directly with potential customers, identify their operational challenges, and introduce innovative technology solutions that support business growth and efficiency. Working alongside sales and marketing teams, you will play a critical role in pipeline generation and customer acquisition strategies. Accountabilities:

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation while building strong relationships with prospective customers across European markets.

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries and accounts
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling campaigns
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, operational challenges, and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of SaaS solutions to generate interest and qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to execute strategic outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities within CRM systems
  • Partner with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to meetings booked and pipeline creation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales outreach strategies and customer engagement processes
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate combines outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, international SaaS environment.

    • Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
    • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building skills across phone, email, and social channels
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, with fluency in English both written and spoken
    • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for working effectively across departments
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is highly valuable
    • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft is a plus
    • Comfortable working independently within fully remote and distributed teams
    • Ability to adapt quickly within fast-growing and dynamic business environments
