In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities within a rapidly evolving technology sector focused on modern data infrastructure. As part of a dynamic and fast-growing sales team, you will identify and engage potential customers, build strong prospecting strategies, and generate qualified sales pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and growth teams to craft compelling outreach messages and connect with decision-makers across enterprise and commercial organizations. Accountabilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities by prospecting enterprise and commercial accounts through multiple outreach channels.
  • Manage and prioritize different pipeline sources including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and targeted account lists.
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and relevant buyer personas within target organizations.
  • Build relationships with potential product champions and key stakeholders across prospective accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, calls, LinkedIn, and creative engagement strategies.
  • Develop and refine prospecting sequences tailored to specific personas, industries, and use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and growth teams to align messaging and improve pipeline generation strategies.
  • Track activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records within CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Continuously experiment with new prospecting tools and techniques to improve outreach performance and efficiency.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting, ideally within a fast-growing or early-stage technology company.
  • Experience selling or prospecting in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise technology environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple pipeline sources simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
