The Opportunity:

Most SDR roles promise promotion paths; this one delivers on that promise, and there are multiple examples as evidence. Our CEO actually started his career as an SDR, and genuinely views the SDR team as DataGrail’s talent pipeline. The Skillset:
  • Concisely describe DataGrail’s problem-solving values. 
  • Write relevant and personalized emails to the correct personas and accounts
  • Explain a technical product in easier to understand ways
  • Create and execute on strategically scheduled outreach campaigns
  • Cold calling experts
  • Flexible and able to pivot on messaging/targeting
  • Quickly research a company/prospect to understand their current privacy programs, and how DataGrail can help
Within 60 Days, You'll:
  • Set meetings with 10 different companies
  • Write targeted messaging sequences on your own
  • Understand how any company’s privacy program works and how DG can fit in
  • Feel comfortable explaining the data privacy space to anyone, anywhere, anytime
Within 180 Days, You'll:
  • Set meetings with 50 different companies
  • Take on a leadership role within the team
  • Interview candidates
Within 365 Days, You'll:
  • Set meetings with 110 different companies
  • Be able to demo the product
  • Be ready for promotion
