This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in the United States.
This role is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for building and nurturing a high-quality sales pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify prospects, deliver value-driven outreach, and set the stage for closing deals. The position is fully remote, offering autonomy and the chance to make a direct impact on customer acquisition and business growth. You will leverage multiple channels — including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling — to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while developing their career in SaaS sales.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on both cold and warm prospects.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to consistently generate high-quality meetings.
  • Research and identify top prospects, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Deliver a professional and compelling experience for prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track, analyze, and refine outbound campaigns to optimize messaging and performance.
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person events or conferences to network and generate leads.

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting with a track record of generating meetings via LinkedIn outreach, emails, and cold calls.
  • Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills, able to connect effectively with prospects across multiple channels.
  • Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable navigating new tools and changing priorities.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to develop a career in sales within a dynamic technology startup.

  • Benefits:
  • Base salary: $45,000 USD per year with uncapped commission; on-target earnings of $65,000 USD.
