This role is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales leadership position focused on driving new business acquisition across the mobile advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing strategic opportunities with leading brands and agencies, helping them scale performance marketing efforts through advanced programmatic solutions. The position operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where consultative selling and deep industry expertise are essential. You will own the full sales lifecycle while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success. This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You will also act as a market-facing representative at industry events, contributing to pipeline growth and brand presence.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, contracting, and deal closure for high-value demand-side opportunities.
  • Drive new logo acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients within gaming and non-gaming verticals.
  • Lead client engagement post-contract, ensuring smooth campaign activation and providing ongoing strategic performance optimization guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Performance Strategy to ensure successful deal execution and onboarding.
  • Maintain deep expertise in mobile advertising trends, programmatic ecosystems, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build pipeline and strengthen market presence.
  • Manage pipeline rigorously using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic selling and strong client relationships.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic sales, or mobile app advertising with a strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at brands, agencies, and enterprise organizations.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling business value.
    • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including programmatic demand and performance marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to executive-level stakeholders.
    • Strong ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
    • Demonstrated resilience and persistence in managing long and complex sales cycles.
    • Highly strategic and data-driven approach to sales execution and pipeline management.
    • Existing network within the mobile advertising or digital marketing industry is highly preferred.
