As a Sales Enablement Associate with our innovative group of companies, you'll take on a pivotal role in empowering our Commercial Revenue team to achieve its highest potential. You'll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of sales, where every day brings new opportunities to make a significant impact. You'll work cross-functionally, liaising with various teams to align sales strategies, optimize selling processes and tools, and implement training programs that sharpen our competitive edge. This role is an excellent stepping-stone into the commercial aspect of business, offering a unique blend of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities:
Support Account Executives
- Offer ongoing support to sales representatives, assisting in the preparation of sales materials and presentations (ie. pitch decks, investment summaries, one-pagers, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand challenges and help to strategize solutions.
- Leverage technology such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, Beautiful.AI to create slide decks and proposal templates
Join Sales Meetings
- Join scheduled sales meetings to understand our prospect’s pain points. Use that information to inform the creation and modification of key collateral.
Manage the Sales Playbook and Onboarding Program:
- Maintain and update the sales playbook and onboarding program, ensuring it remains an invaluable resource for the sales team.
- Ensure the playbook and onboarding program aligns with the company's sales strategy and includes up-to-date information on our products, target markets, and competitors
- Assist in the development and management of the sales playbook and onboarding program.
- Organize and facilitate key sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide reports and insights on the sales team's performance.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand their needs and provide necessary support.
- Contribute to the design of the sales process to optimize effectiveness.
Others:
- Support the onboarding and orientation process of new account executives by providing them with the necessary resources, guidance, and training to understand our products, services, and sales processes, ensuring a smooth transition and empowering them to start contributing to our sales objectives quickly and efficiently

- Key Result 2: Reduce customer churn rate by 5% in the next quarter.
- Objective: Support the Sales Team to Meet and Exceed Their Targets
- Key Result 1: Increase the percentage of sales reps achieving their individual sales targets by 15%.
- Key Result 2: Reduce the sales cycle length by 10% over the next quarter.
A day in the life could include…Â
- Collaborating with the sales team in the morning meeting, discussing sales targets, daily tasks, and any potential bottlenecks.
- Reviewing the sales pipeline and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, or issues that need immediate attention.
- Meeting with the marketing team to align on upcoming campaigns, discussing how best to support these initiatives through sales strategies.
- Updating the sales playbook with fresh content, based on new market research or product updates.
- Preparing for and facilitating a sales training session, focusing on key skills or product knowledge.
- Checking in with individual sales representatives to offer support, insights, or coaching based on their sales performance.
- Analyzing sales reports to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies, and brainstorming ways to optimize them.
- Participating in a customer call with a sales representative, offering support and guidance in real-time.
- Wrapping up the day by setting clear tasks and objectives for the next day, ensuring alignment across the sales team.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the sales or marketing sector.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Experience utilizing content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, Figma, Beautiful.ai, etc.
The expected range of base pay for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of bonus or benefits. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
