Sales Field Coach (East)
Job Description
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.Â
Nearly half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
Revenue Marketing & Enablement is the backbone of the Revenue team, supporting Sales, Partnerships, Customer Onboarding and Customer Success teams. As a field coach on the revenue enablement team, you will be responsible for coaching and upskilling new and veteran account executives (AEs). Though this position does not report to the Performance Manager directly, you will be working under the guidance and direction of the Performance Manager. The outcome you are driving is equipping our account executives with 1:1 coaching and ultimately getting them to perform.Â
You’re the right fit for this role if you have led a successful sales career in SaaS and are now ready to apply those skills to a high-performing sales team. You should be passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thrive on problem-solving, and default to action. And as we go 24,791 mph, you should be comfortable with change. You are the wrong fit for the role if you aren’t agile, scrappy, don’t live in Salesforce (i.e. opportunity management is done on paper), uncomfortable with learning new technologies and solutions.

- Support senior coach by helping gather and evaluate Gong calls and documenting training gaps. Then create sales tools, call libraries and customer facing content that supports the sales cycle. Â
- Work closely with sales mentors and RDs/RVPs, making them aware of observations in coaching and how they can help
- Continually seeking out optimization opportunities within our sales and enablement organizations
How you will be measured
- Ultimately, it comes down to the success of the AEs; with an emphasis on newer AEs (i.e. not the veterans)
What you bring to the role
