Sales Operations Analyst

$63,000 - $75,000 Annually
The Sales Operations Analyst works behind-the-scenes and ensures the sales teams have everything they need to succeed. This role supports the sales team by providing data to make decisions, and by tracking metrics related to sales performance. This might include things like how many calls were made by each salesperson, how many meetings were scheduled, etc.
What You'll Do

• Finding opportunities through data for new business such as identifying new markets or industries that could use the company's products or services
• Preparing reports on sales performance including forecasts, quotas, and commissions
• Instituting sales goals
• Analyzing market trends
• Producing and maintaining sales reports
• Communicating and distributing data interpretations
• Evaluating the work performance of sales representatives
• Making recommendations to the marketing and sales departments
• Harnessing technology to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency
• Entering information into the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Who You Are

• Get-it-done attitude befitting a role with numerous and shifting responsibilities
• Close attention to detail in written communication
• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in a sales operations role
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment, and ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals
• Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple channels of communication simultaneously
• Ability to think critically and creatively, and make decisions to tackle a wide range of sophisticated customer issues
• Excellent teammate
• Prior experience in the test prep or tutoring industry is a plus but not required
• Prior experience with SalesForce and Hubspot are a plus
