You will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful onboarding experiences, reinforcing sales methodologies, and driving adoption of tools and processes across teams. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the coordination and execution of sales training programs, including the rollout and reinforcement of structured sales methodologies
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate the ramp-up of new sales representatives
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure consistency in training, processes, and performance standards across teams
  • Drive adoption of sales tools, systems, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams to align initiatives with business objectives
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness, onboarding progress, and sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Standardize best practices and ensure a consistent, scalable sales process across the organization
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and measurable outcomes
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or project management roles
    • Proven experience supporting or implementing structured sales methodologies and training programs
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
    • Experience developing onboarding programs or training frameworks for sales teams
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and standard productivity tools like Microsoft Office
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
    • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
