About the Team:
The sales operations team enables a sales professional to be more efficient and successful. The sales operation team helps to boost productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact that the sales team has on business performance. The sales ops team manages day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing the Sales Tools onboarding/off-boarding processes, troubleshooting the process and technical issues with the sales tools, owning the communication on the Sales Tools issues which is affecting a wider group of the users, documenting the best practices for the end-users, partnering with the enablement team to develop/enhance training plans for the Revenue org people. Also, helping in the SalesOps special projects which include Sales Tools usage and adoption and other areas of the SalesOps business. So, our salespeople can focus on revenue generation activities effectively. About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, driven and accomplished Sales Operations Specialist (Salesforce Admin) to join our growing India team. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth company, and enable an award-winning product that is rapidly getting adopted across international markets. As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at AlphaSense. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
Who you are:
- Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with SFDC as an admin or ops role and experience with Salesforce tools integrations is a plus.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
- Experience implementing SAS products (could have been in a customer success capacity), Understanding how to understand user needs and gathering requirements from non-technical users.
- Experience with “customers” regardless of internal or external users - excited about creating an excellent experience for internal customers!
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communicates well with a wide range of people w/ varying technical expertise.
- Have an ability to execute, act tactically and write effectively.
- Have a desire to learn and absorb information to make connections and drive productivity.
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused individual, who has experience in supporting the customers through an email ticketing system, chat, and/or phone calls.
- A team player and enjoy building strong cross-group working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (especially in Excel)
What You’ll do:
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Sandbox environment management
- Identify and gather requirements, and translate them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Technical documentation
- Importing/exporting/cleansing data in various standard and custom objects in salesforce.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Troubleshoot systems issues related to our tech stack.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Proactively implement changes to the tech stack which would reduce ongoing bugs/systems issues.
- Maintain CRM data quality by implementing various rules, guardrails, and data lifecycle.
- User support tickets resolution
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and quality services.
