Sales Support Administrator (Contract or Contract-to-HIre Role)
Job Description
Our growing company is searching for a Sales Administrator who can offer reliable support to the International Sales & Marketing Team and help improve efficiency as our sales volume continues to increase. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and channel partners to ensure that all sales documents and agreements are completed and accurate before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed.
This is a remote position, with limited travel required to visit our office in Essex. This post is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Act as primary support resource for the International Sales & Marketing Team.
- Build relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as customers and channel partners to facilitate all aspects of the sales process.
- Update customer and quotation records to ensure data accuracy across criterial business systems.
- Take incoming calls and address any enquiries for prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Initiate outbound calls to active customers and channel partners in order to facilitate quotations or answer any procedural questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are fulfilled on time and in line with the customer’s requirements.
- Assist with Sales & Marketing activities, including supporting trade show and events preparation, logistics and execution.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Representative role
- Holds a minimum of 5 GSCEs or equivalent qualifications (including English and Mathematics with grades C or better)
- Proficient in software tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and Microsoft
- Basic understanding of the school educational technology market
- Comprehension of sales performance metrics
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Superb customer service skills
