Sales Training Coordinator

The Sales Training Coordinator role will partner with the Sales Training Team to facilitate the daily operations of sales training classes, events, and special projects (i.e., face-to-face, virtual / instructor-led, and on-demand learnings) by managing and coordinating the logistics and collaborating with all key stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs. This is a remote position.

Reporting to:  Associate Director, Commercial Training & Development 

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Manage sales training efforts in Kyowa Kirin University learning management system (LMS)
• Coordinate logistics for learning events including – sales training team-provided classes (i.e., virtual; Instructor-led, both on and off-site), schedule, room, food, materials, registration, confirmations, transportation, materials reproduction, and equipment arrangements
• Communicate appropriate training program details to clients including registration, training objectives, course duration, date/time, and pre-work information
• Provides administrative support to the sales training leadership and team
• Create, manage, and disseminate training communications to the field sales force on behalf of training Managers.
• Oversee process for training materials in PRC review
• Actively participate in required training and project team meetings
• Initiate and manage contracts, purchase orders/invoices as appropriate
• Employ project management skills when partnering with vendors to ensure the timely completion of projects
• Maintain ownership of training events, course catalog information, and training calendar
• Track costs related to training logistics and associated with training delivery and ensure alignment with overall budgets.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree 

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Project management experience
• Experience in a corporate training department (preferred)
• Any experience with any of the following tools is preferred:
  • eLearning Software (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise) o
  • Video/Audio Editing Software (Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, Audacity, & Vimeo) o
  • Learning Management Systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

• Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer work

Working Conditions:

• Requires up to 20% domestic travel for quarterly meetings and trainings
