About The Job
Self Financial is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support our Operations teams to scale our systems, tools, and processes.
The Salesforce Administrator will have basic system configuration and maintenance, additional the candidate will have knowledge of upcoming releases, enhancements, upgrades, and new SFDC features as they are planned and released by Salesforce. This role collaborates with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will manage new partner implementations and post deployment of new code pushed to our multi-org environment. In addition, this role will help support end-users through admin level tasks and basic investigative troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. The ability to recognize and make process improvement recommendations is a must. The candidate will also be motivated about the organization's mission and values and will be passionate about Salesforce technology.
Additionally, you will work with the Self product and engineering teams to support Salesforce data integrations with internal Self systems and serve as a subject matter expert to advise Self team members on best practices.
What You Will Do
- Manage the integration of applications connected to SFDC
- Manage data imports, database deduplication, and cleanup.
- Maintain and audit system security. profile permissions, and user accounts
- Establish and implement change management with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, and testing
- Responsible for tier 3 end-user support and troubleshooting, as well as reproducing issues and escalating tickets to developers where appropriate
- Responsible for maintaining and deploying releases to Self Salesforce orgs
- Responsible for training technical and non-technical teams when needed
- Maintain certificates as managed within Salesforce
- Use of external tools such as Dataloader, Workbench
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience and certifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Salesforce environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, basic triggers, and in the use of Salesforce lightning environment
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling, as well as experience with SFDC Data Loader
- Comfort working within Agile methodologies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, data-gathering, and documentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, comfort with ambiguity
Systems Experience
- Salesforce Products (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, & 3rd party integrations)
- Administration experience (Developing custom objects, Workflows, Visual Screen Flows, Validation Rules, Basic Triggers, and in the use of Salesforce Lightning environment)
- Atlassian Products (Jira, Service Management, & Confluence)
- LucidChart (or comparable process mapping tools)
Certifications:
- Administrator
- Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder
Bonus Certifications:
- Service Cloud Consultant
