This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Loyalty Management Developer in India.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the development and implementation of advanced loyalty management solutions in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, customize, and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud programs that drive customer engagement and long-term retention. You will contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, integrating Salesforce technologies with external platforms while ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. The position combines hands-on development with strategic consulting, offering the chance to influence both technical architecture and business outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and define loyalty program requirements.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions tailored to client needs and customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integrations.
  • Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with Salesforce products and third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
  • Lead technical design, development lifecycle activities, deployment processes, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and functional specifications.
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during implementations and system upgrades.
  • Provide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to clients and internal teams regarding Salesforce Loyalty Cloud capabilities.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud and loyalty program design.
    • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, integrations, and Salesforce customization.
    • Proven experience managing technical design, development lifecycle, deployment, and release management processes.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients in consulting-driven environments.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver technical guidance effectively.
