This role is centered on managing end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic hiring needs across multiple functions within the organization. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, helping translate workforce needs into effective sourcing and hiring strategies. The position involves identifying, engaging, and assessing candidates through multiple channels while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience, from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding. In this environment, you will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment reporting to improve hiring effectiveness. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with organizational needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and external agencies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for suitability across open roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from engagement to final decision
- Manage offer processes including negotiation of compensation, benefits, and joining timelines
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality
- Support compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring standards
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through marketing content and recruitment campaigns
- Support onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the Indian market
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and hiring best practices
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred)
- Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance practices (preferred)
