What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Salesforce Team!
The Technical Architect will lead technical design sessions by designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives. The core function of the Technical Architect role is to lead the overall technical design across the Salesforce.com platform including custom code, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications. Ultimately, the Technical Architect is responsible for the technical excellence of any project that they are on.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Develop comprehensive configuration designs and architectural documentation to support the successful implementation of projects and processes.
- Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early stages of the implementation & recommend solutions to fix.
- Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, React, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
- Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps.
- Develop and help manage a team of Consultants and Analysts to build, test, and deploy your designed Salesforce solution.
- Work alongside a PM to manage project budget and profitability, delivery schedules, and overall quality of the solution.
- Advise clients on industry and Salesforce best practices to drive process improvement and digital transformation.
- Support pre-sales and internal continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Assist the practice lead in the evolution and refinement of delivery methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with the last 2+ years as a Technical Architect
- 3+ years of experience in user acceptance test planning and execution
- Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development, configuration, and administration capabilities
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
- Proven ability to support the management of projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a rapidly changing environment
- Salesforce System Architect and Application Architect Certifications preferred
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred
