We are inviting a professional Scrum Master to join our team, striving to increase the overall efficiency of the organization through the Agile processes, Scrum/Large-Scale Scrum transformation.
As a true leader, you'll be responsible for coaching team members, facilitating events, improving communication, and changing mindsets on the way to agility in the product development process.
This position provides an opportunity to grow in emerging area of E-Commerce data management in large scaled system.
Requirements:

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of the Scrum Framework
• Technical Background is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the software development cycle
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment, to stay focused and self-motivated
• Ability to work as a true leader for a team
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Experience in facilitation
• Successful experience with scaling Scrum (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a big plus
• Scrum Master certification is a plus (PSM / CSM / SAFe SM)
• English at the upper-intermediate level
• Location: Poland or Georgia

Main Responsibilities:

• Coach Scrum teams in Large-Scale Scrum and Scrum practices
• Help the Product Owner and Scrum team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the Scrum teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the Scrum teams on removing impediments
• Support the Product Owner and provide education where needed
• Help Scrum teams to monitor their performance
• Facilitate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Help Product Owners handle backlogs and new requests
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.
