You're a great fit if:

• You have passion for technology and managing the work process of a cross-functional team of developers and UX to build complex solutions.
• You understand the Agile process and have experience running ceremonies, capturing user stories in JIRA, and guiding the work process with the team and customer.
• You are experienced in analyzing business system needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating the logical specification and requirements documentation for software application systems.
• You have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

You'll love our Scrum Master/BA Position if: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• You have 5+ years of Business Analyst and Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects.
• You enjoy coaching team members on the concepts of Agile and leading the scrum process and ceremonies, capturing user stories, levels of effort, planning, and grooming backlog.
• You have 3+ years of experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• You have 5+ years of experience on systems projects involving planning, documenting, and analyses of functional requirements, in addition to leading Agile scrum teams.
• Have an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain

• You are interested in stepping into Project Management and People Management responsibilities.
• You can perform the research necessary to document requirements and logical functionality to ensure that business application systems can be effectively engineered and implemented to meet actual business needs.
• You have experience presenting to customers and their leadership.

What your day will look like:

• You will work with technical teams to execute agile based projects for clients. You will run scrum ceremonies for the team, supporting user story development and level of effort story pointing.
• You will collaborate with other product team members and customers to refine requirements and create briefings for customers.
• You will create and support the documentation of Business Requirements, Use Cases, Functional Requirement. Document, Project Schedule, Test Case, Test Strategy.
• Your focus will be on the analysis, definition, and logical design of software applications systems.
