Security Supervisor (Part Time, Weekends), High Rise Residential Condominium, Marina Del Rey

Our company is currently seeking a Part-Time Security Supervisor for a luxury high-rise condominium complex located in Marina Del Rey. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Valid Guard card and Security Supervisor experience is aMUST. A strong customer service background is also required. Job Duties: • Provide management oversight for a team of 5-8 security personnel. • Manage the safety of all staff by ensuring strict adherence to company policy and protocols. • Manage scheduling including call-offs, schedule changes and the like. • Oversee time and attendance policies including rest and meal time compliance. • Provide quality interaction and coordination between client and company. • Enter payroll on time and with accuracy. • Provide oversight of the reporting function including all incident reports. • Communicate with management daily. • Maintains a safe and compliant work environment at all times. Work Experience: • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security field • Minimum 3 years of security service experience • Excellent customer service background Requirements: • Must have current BSIS Guard Card • Excellent communication skills • Reliable transportation • Excellent management and supervisory skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Prolonged periods standing and walking on-site. • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
