Accountabilities:

The Senior Account Executive will own strategic sales and account management activities for a large enterprise customer relationship. This role focuses on developing executive partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering solutions aligned with customer priorities.

  • Manage sales strategy and account growth initiatives for a strategic enterprise client portfolio within financial services, payments, and technology markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution strategies that demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by connecting customer needs with innovative data, software, and analytics solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand existing partnerships, and create strategies to increase revenue and customer impact.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and opportunity progression to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring the right expertise together, resolve challenges, and deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights that help improve solutions and customer experiences.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles while managing executive expectations and building long-term trust.
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge, sales expertise, and strategic approaches to improve performance.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise sales experience, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to sell complex solutions to senior decision-makers.

    • 8+ years of successful sales experience, including overachievement selling complex solutions and intangible value in competitive enterprise environments.
    • Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
    • Background in financial services, technology, data, analytics, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of corporate business priorities and initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational improvement.
    • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, create forecasts, and close complex opportunities.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and clearly communicate business value.
    • Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand customer perspectives and align solutions with business goals.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
    • Results-oriented approach with strong accountability, ownership, and relationship-building skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
    • Must be located in TX, NY, NJ, PA, or DE.
